3D printing

Since: December 2025 Personal

In December 2025, I started tinkering with 3D printing to explore some creative ideas.

Mainly, I want to develop a system that turns a 3D printer into a machine for exposing photographic paper with controlled light. Instead of extruding plastic, a high-power LED moves across the paper, turning digital images into analog exposures through programmed light pulses. The idea is to scan images point by point or line by line, and then reveal them using traditional darkroom chemistry. It's a way of exploring how digital control and physical processes can intersect—treating light itself as a printable material.
